Pampanga Pickleball Community provides a centralized community directory for court facilities, open play sessions, tournaments, coaches, pickleball clubs, pro shops, and related business solutions across Pampanga.

• Host & Listing Responsibility: Court hosts, coaches, club managers, and service providers are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their operational hours, fees, contact details, and facility amenities.
• Moderation Approval: All new business listings and updates are subject to administrative moderation and verification before publication.

3. Data Privacy & Advertising Policy

We respect user privacy and adhere to data protection regulations under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Any personal or contact information shared with us is safeguarded and handled responsibly.

4. User Registration & Account Security

Business owners, coaches, and organizers registering accounts on our platform must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand titles, text, graphics, custom WebP images, and directory design elements on Pampanga Pickleball Community are the property of their respective owners and Pampanga Pickleball Community. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction of site content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Pampanga Pickleball Community provides directory listings for informational and community building purposes on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not operate or own third-party court facilities or coach practices listed unless specified. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, cancellations, or disputes arising from participation in open plays, coaching sessions, or facility visits.
